What is our mission?

Naim Abdullah founded RiverRun Capital to find and invest in one great company that he will personally operate and grow for many years to come. Our goal is to be the best partner for entrepreneurs and families who have spent years of their life building great companies and who now seek a liquidity event. After acquisition, we focus on what is right for the business over the long term while honoring and respecting the legacy of the founder. Our approach is more collaborative than traditional private equity.   • $4mm to $40mm of annual revenue

  • $1.0mm to $5mm of annual EBITDA

  • 15%+ operating margins

  • High degree of recurring revenue

  • 3+ years of profitability 

Ownership

  • Owner is seeking a liquidity event (100% exit)

  • Experienced, driven middle management team planning to stay onboard

  • Owner / Operator looking to reduce role in business

Company

  • Stable, growing business in a fragmented industry

  • A diversified customer base with high customer retention
