Naim Abdullah

Founder & Managing Partner

Naim Abdullah is the founder and managing partner of RiverRun Capital. He has over 15 years of successful professional experience spanning multiple industries and geographies. He was previously the Head of Finance for a technology start-up company providing “Internet of Things” related hardware and software products. Prior to this, Naim worked on the Corporate Finance team at Cetera Financial Group, the second-largest family of independent broker-dealers in the United States with over $240 billion in Assets-Under-Administration. At Cetera, he worked closely with the CFO to help turn around a formerly bankrupt entity, which culminated in a $1.7 billion sale to a strategic acquirer. In his career, he has managed and grown finance operations to support annual revenues of over $2 billion.

Naim earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.

Naim will assume the operational responsibilities of the acquired company and create long-term value for shareholders, customers, employees, and the community over the long-term.
